The person who took this video sent me an email, with photo and a link to his video. Is it a plane with contrail, or a UFO?

I saw the picture at LightInTheTexasSky and it look quite similar to the one which i saw in 24-08-2013 in Malaysia country in the Selangor state where by the name of the place called Puchong when i was driving back home at the highway, i do take a video clip and its appear about one minutes in the sky until when i stop my car at the gas station near by but it was disappeared....
Date of sighting: August 24, 2013, 7:20 pm.
